Directly above, our logo reveals in a photo from our top window, the awesome peaks across Kachemak Bay.          The living Room of the upper apartment (Unit A) at the  Prowhouse, pictured below at the left, is at the architectural helm of our proud vacation group of three, fully decorated and equipped, separately keyed, apartments. The photo shows three picture windows on the east side of unit "A".  The angled windows collect for viewing, the extraordinary panorama of mountains, bay and splendid greenery - and if you're patient and lucky, a pod of dancing humpbacks or Orcas chasing herring in the 50' waters close by.        Then, note well, the engineered oak floor, the high arched ceiling and  sumptuous leather furniture for viewing comfort.        The first photo, below, shows the six easterly windows while the third photo reveals an out-of -focus view from a west window. In the second photo you can see the TV corner, where the 46" TV is fronted by a most cushy love-seat.                                                                                                      Isn't It Delovely!

But Unit B is all new; just constructed in 2007.      Another View From Deck at Unit C   The Deck of Unit C Provides Great Views   Note the Window Over the Bay Unit B - All New in 2007           It's helpful, and probably crucial, to view the available accommodations in advance. All photos date from 2007.   Flatscreen TV's        All units have Flatscreen Aquos LCD SATELLITE TVs with HBO, served by DishDirect, which provides HBO. A state of the art DVR is in place at Unit A, at the top of the Prowhouse, for recording your favorite programs, or even music, for viewing or listening later, afterfishing or sightseeing.        Unit "A", has two TV's; one 46" TV in the living room and one 37" for either the dining area or the master bedroom, while all the other units have their own 42" TVs. One King Bed and Three Queen Beds       Unit, "A",  now has one king size bed in the Master bedroom and a queen bed in the smaller bedroom. New bedroom furniture has been installed in A for 2008.

Flooring       Unit  "A" , in the Prowhouse, has rich, glowing, blond oak engineered wood floors in the view room and laminate in the bedrooms. Oriental scatter rugs are everywhere.      Units B has upscale laminate floors and a few tasteful oriental rugs. Unit C, built 8 years ago, still has carpet. Oh well! Baths      The master bath in unit "A" has a double stall shower. The other bath has tub and shower. All other units have traditional baths with upscale vinyl, tile and even marble. Kitchen      All our modern, roomy, full-fledged kitchens are not mere kitchenettes. Lots of cabinet space containing all you need to prepare your own gourmet meal. Leather      All sofas, love-seats and upholstered chairs, in each of the units, are covered with rich leather. There is no fabric upholstered furniture, except, of course, the beds. We try to maintain a allergy free environment. Don't even think of anyone sleeping on the sofas.   Decks and Lawn      Unit "A", at the top of the Prowhouse, has its own wrap-around deck, with breakfast tables, chairs and its own gas barbecue.      Unit C, the loft in the Builder's House has its own deck, furnished with breakfast table and chairs. Only "B",  the lower Prowhouse unit is deckless, but the lovely lawn is just outside with lots of lawn furniture and a brand new, large gas barbecue. Wireless Internet &  Telephones       All units have private telephones, limited to local calls, but long distance is accessible.      All units may access ACS wireless internet. Ethernet DSL is always available in Unit A and may also be made available to guests of Units B & C who provide two week notice and agree to a $50 surcharge.  Lawn Furniture & Barbs       Lawn furniture is everywhere, including glass tables with umbrellas, fire pit tables and chairs, and barbecue units; and all are accessible to guests. Washers and Dryers     The Prowhouse has a washer/dryer accessible to both units through the lower apartment or through the garage, and both doors to the laundry are able to be locked. Unit C in the Builder's House has its own washer and dryer.   Water Like most places in Homer, we haul and store water. While our cisterns hold 5200 Gallons of the city's best, still, a dripping faucet or ever-running toilet can deplete our stores pretty quickly. So, try to wash your fish and feet at the dock.    Entrance to Prowhouse  A warm, nicely tiled foyer leading to both Units A & B, greets our guests. The adjoining garage in the Prowhouse is utilized as our office.
