Minimum Stay in Units A or B is 3 days
Unit "C", Upper Builder's House, 1 BR, 1 BA, $150/night; $850/wk

Minimum stay in Unit C is 2 days

FAMILY WEEKLY SPECIALS (guaranteeing ideal privacy for one family):

Since we can accommodate eight adults,comfortably (See policy below regarding children), and possibly ten in a desperate crisis, we offer these families, special rates:

All three units for 8 adults or less, at $2500/week plus Homer Sales Tax (7.5%); Additional roll-a-way occupants, for that crisis situation, at an additional $200/wk per person.

POLICY:
A 200 FOOT, STEEP CLIFF IS  CLOSE BY, SO THAT RAMBUNCTIOUS, WANDERING KIDS WILL ALWAYS BE IN DANGER. THEREFORE, ADULTS OVER 16 YEARS ARE PREFERRED. NEVERTHELESS, IF YOU ARE STILL INTERESTED IN HOUSING YOUNGER PEOPLE, PLEASE CALL BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO MAKE RESERVATIONS. WE MIGHT REQUIRE A LEGAL RELEASE FOR PERSONAL INJURY PLUS A SPECIAL DAMAGE DEPOSIT.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
SHORT NOTICE RESERVATIONS

If you require a quick reservation within a week, your credit card is all that is required to secure your reservation. Just call and provide your credit card credentials. You will be charged $200 as the deposit. If you do not have a credit card, you must send a $200.00 deposit to secure the short notice reservation.

RESERVATIONS MADE MORE THAN ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE

If you wish to secure a reservation more than a week in advance, a security deposit of $200 is required to hold the reservation. However, if the cost of the intended stay is more than $1000.00, then a deposit of 25% of such cost is necessary. Payment may be made by providing credit card information on the telephone when making the reservation, or by using Paypal. Of course,you may also pay by check or money order. As with all reservations, the cancellation policy stated below applies.

Balance of cost of stay, always due upon arrival.

DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
Management reserves the right, immediately upon discovery, to charge the account of the leasing guest for any repair of any negligent or intended damage to the property made by such guest or invitee thereof. Immediate payment or other financial assurance of payment for repair is required. Therefore, any such charge for repair may be appropriately added and charged to the guest's credit card. This condition is a part of our short-term lease and will be strictly enforced.

Cancellation Policy: Payments are returnable only if cancellation is made 30 days, or more, before the check-in date. Should cancellation be requested less than 30 days before the scheduled check in date, advance payment will only be returned in the event we ultimately manage to lease the reserved unit or units for the specified period.
